Portescap's autoclavable brushless DC motors are designed to provide high torque in a lightweight ergonomic package. Regardless of variations in patient tissue, bone or cartilage density, Portescap brushless DC motors will provide the power and speed needed to achieve exceptional surgical results. Additionally, our sterilizable brushless DC motors have shown to withstand in excess of 1,000 autoclave cycles, thus extending life and lowering end-customer total cost-of-ownership.
